የሻሻማኔ ኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ወኪሎች ማህበር (SEFAA) የተልዕኮ መግለጫ

ደስታን ማሳደግና መከታተል፣ እንደ ሰው ሕይወት እና ተግባር ከፍተኛ ዓላማ መሆኑን መረዳት።

የእግዚአብሔር አባትነትና እናትነት ትምህርትን እና አሠራርን፣ እንዲሁም የሰው ወንድምነትና እህትነትን ማሳደግ።

በአባላት መካከል ዓለም አቀፍ እውቀትን ማበረታታት፣ በዓለም ጉዳዮች ውስጥ እንቅስቃሴን ማበረታታት፣ ዓለም አቀፍ መልካም አመለካከትና ሰላም መፍትሄን ማበረታታት።

በአባላት መካከል የወንድምነትና የእህትነት መንፈስን ማበረታታት፣ በበጎ ፈቃድ እርዳታና እርስ በእርስ ድጋፍን ማበረታታት።

አባላት በአስፈላጊነት ላይ ሲሆኑ፣ በነፃ እርዳታና ጥበቃን ማቅረብ። በአስፈላጊነት ላይ ሲሆኑ፣ የኢታሊዮ-ኢትዮጵያ ጦርነትና ሌሎች ግጭቶች የተጎዱ እስከ አፍሪካ፣ አፍሮ-ኢንዱጅነስና የሞሳይክ ወገኖች ድጋፍን ማቅረብ።

ለእነዚህ ተጎዳዮች በነፃ እርዳታና እቃዎችን ማቅረብ፣ ለዚህ ዓላማ በበጎ ፈቃድ እንዲሁም በአባላት አበል የተሰበሰበ የገንዘብ ድጋፍን ማቅረብ። አባላት ከመመዝገብ፣ ኮንቬንሽኖችና በዓላት በሚወሰኑ ክፍያዎች ውጪ ማንኛውም ክፍያ፣ ግብር ወይም አበል አይከፈሉም።

በዴሞክራሲ ተቋማት ላይ ኩራትን ማበረታታትና የዴሞክራሲ መሠረታዊ መርሆችን ማሳደግ።

ለኢትዮጵያ፣ አፍሪካ፣ አፍሮ-ኢንዱጅነስና የሞሳይክ ወገኖች የሕይወት ጥራትን ማሳደግ የሚችሉ የተስተናጋጅ ኢኮኖሚና ማህበራዊ ፕሮግራሞችን ማበረታታት።

የሻሻማኔ መሬት ስጦታ በኢትዮጵያ የስብስብነትና የአንደኛነትን መብት ማስቀመጥና ማስጠበቅ።

በሕግ፣ በህጋዊ ሥርዓትና በውስጣዊ ተወካይነት ጉዳዮች ላይ የተግባራዊና የቀድሞ አባላት የውስጥ የደህንነትና የፖሊስ አገልግሎት አባላትን ማበረታታት።

Mission Statement of Shashamane Ethiopia Federal Agents Association (The)

To promote and pursue happiness, recognizing it as the highest purpose of human life and endeavor.

To advance the teachings and practice of the Divine Fatherhood and Motherhood of God, and the universal Brotherhood and Sisterhood of humanity.

To stimulate global awareness among members, fostering engagement in world affairs and cultivating a spirit of international goodwill and harmony.

To encourage friendly relations among members, nurturing a fraternal and maternal spirit, and instilling a commitment to voluntary aid and mutual support at all times.

To provide voluntary assistance and protection to members without fee or charge when in need. Where necessary, to extend care and support to refugees and disabled victims of the Italio-Ethiopian War and other conflicts impacting Ethiopian, African, Afro-Indigenous, and Original Mosaic Peoples across the Eastern and Western Hemispheres.

To offer material and voluntary aid—without fee or charge—to all such victims, and to raise funds through voluntary contributions for these humanitarian purposes. No member shall be subject to fees, taxes, or assessments beyond those specified for dues, conventions, and holidays in the Constitution and By-laws of the Association.

To inspire pride in democratic institutions and promote the enduring principles and ideals of democracy.

To empower members to develop sustainable economic and social programs that elevate the quality of life for Ethiopian, African, Afro-Indigenous, and Original Mosaic Peoples.

To secure and preserve the Sovereignty and Integrity of the Shashamane Land Grant in Ethiopia.

To advocate for the interests of active and former members of national security and law enforcement agencies in matters of legislation, regulation, and internal representation.

To provide financial assistance to active and former members of national security and law enforcement agencies.

To promote public awareness—especially among children—regarding the use of wireless phones in emergency situations.

To reclaim full nationality and pursue full sovereignty for all Ethiopian, African, Afro-Indigenous, and Original Mosaic Peoples of the Eastern and Western Hemispheres.
