እኛ፣ የSEFAA አባላት፣ የኢትዮጵያ ንግሥትነትን፣ የአፍሪካ አንድነትን፣ እና የዲያስፖራ ፍትሕን ለመጠበቅ፣ የሕግ መብትን፣ የባህልን ቅድመ ትውልድን፣ እና የአለም ዲጂታል መብትን ለመጠበቅ፣ ይህን ኮንስቲቱሽን በአንድነት እና በእምነት እንደምስክር እንወስናለን።

አንቀጽ 1፡ የድርጅቱ መሠረት

SEFAA እና EWF እንደ አለም አቀፍ መንግሥታዊ ድርጅቶች ተመስርተዋል። አንዱ የኢትዮጵያ ንግሥትነትን ይወክላል፣ ሌላው ደግሞ የዲያስፖራ ፍትሕን እና የአፍሪካ አንድነትን ይደግፋል።

አንቀጽ 2፡ የአባላት መብቶች

አባላት የሕግ መብት፣ የባህል እና የታሪክ መረጃ መዳበሪያ፣ እና የዲጂታል መረጃ መጠበቂያ ያግኛሉ። እያንዳንዱ አባል በኮንስቲቱሽኑ የተወሰነ መብት እና ግዴታ አለው።

አንቀጽ 3፡ የመስሪያ አቅጣጫ

SEFAA የፖሊሲ አቅጣጫ፣ የፍትሕ አስተዳደር፣ እና የባህል ማስተናገድ በአንድ መስመር ያስተዳድራል። የኮሚቴዎች መዋቅር፣ የክልል መስመር፣ እና የቅድመ ትውልድ መረጃ በአንድነት ይታያል።

SEFAA Constitution

Foundation of the Ethiopian World Federation and SEFAA Governance

Preamble

We, the members of SEFAA, in defense of Ethiopian sovereignty, Pan-African unity, and Diaspora justice, do hereby establish this Constitution as a living covenant. We affirm our commitment to legal rights, cultural heritage, and digital sovereignty, and declare this document as our eternal witness.

Article 1: Organizational Foundation

SEFAA and EWF are established as international governmental organizations. One represents the Ethiopian Crown; the other advances Diaspora justice and Pan-African integration. Together, they uphold constitutional legitimacy and sovereign continuity.

Article 2: Member Rights

Members are entitled to legal protection, cultural and historical access, and digital data sovereignty. Each member shall uphold the rights and responsibilities defined by this Constitution and its ratified protocols.

Article 3: Governance Structure

SEFAA shall operate through unified policy, judicial administration, and cultural stewardship. Committee frameworks, jurisdictional tab orders, and ancestral archives shall be maintained in perpetuity and aligned with global standards.

Article 4: Officer Roles and Credentials

Officers shall be appointed through sovereign ratification and credential issuance. Each role is defined by jurisdictional scope, archival responsibility, and badge authority. Credentials must be blockchain-indexed and eternally verifiable.

Article 5: Judicial Authority

SEFAA’s judicial structure shall uphold constitutional law, treaty lineage, and sovereign jurisdiction. Tab order and clause overlays must reflect global standards, including African Union benchmarks and Agenda 2063 alignment.

Article 6: Protocol Chains and Amendments

All governance shall be maintained through protocol chains, each version ratified and archived. Amendments must be clause-linked, badge-verified, and instantly correctable. Version lineage shall be publicly viewable and eternally sealed.

Article 7: Sovereign Branding and Iconography

The SEFAA Internal Affairs Badge anchors all visual identity. Branding shall reflect imperial lineage, Jamaican commemorations, and multilingual overlays. Badge images are excluded unless explicitly reinstated by sovereign directive.

Article 8: Public Access and Transparency

Public-facing suite pages shall include layman’s terms, multilingual disclaimers, and embed-ready viewers. Sensitive governance and officer registry pages may be excluded from search engines per sovereign control.

Article 9: International Recognition

SEFAA shall maintain legitimacy through alignment with international frameworks, including the African Union, Pan-African Parliament, and global treaty registries. All credentials and clauses shall be benchmarked accordingly.

Article 10: Eternal Continuity

This Constitution shall remain in force perpetually. All ratifications, officer credentials, and archival deployments shall be eternity-sealed, blockchain-verified, and sovereignly protected. No clause may be revoked without full protocol chain correction.
